1971, a report has been prepared by Orr-Schelen-Mayeron & Associates, Inc. (Consulting
Engineers) with reference to storm sewer improvement as designated in Resolution No:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota:
1. That the Council consider the improvement of the district hereinafter described
in accordance with the report and the assessment of the property lying within the district
within the following described boundary line, to wit:
Project 636 will benefit all of the following described area: Lots 1, 2, 3,
4, 5, 6, 7 & 8 of Block 4, Cedar Sunrise Third Addition; Lots 1 through 16
of Block 3, said addition;.Lots l through 16 of Block 2, said addition;- Lots
1 through 16, Block 1 of said. addition;-Lots 1 through 16, Block 1, Cedar
Sunrise Second Addition; Lots_1 through 8 of Block 2, said addition; Lots
1, 2 and 3 of Block 6,.Engberg Walden Second Addition; Lots 1, 2, 11, 12 & 13,

for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement at an estimated total cost of the
improvement of $80,160.00.
2. A public hearing-shall be head on such proposed improvement~on the 22nd day of
November,1971, in the council chambers of the city hall, at 7:00 P.M. and the clerk shall,
give published notice of such hearing and. improvement as required by law.
