RESOLUTION N0. 4675
RESOLUTION RELATING TO RELEASE OF BOND ON OFF-STREET PARKING
Mr. Harry Rovner
2832 Xenwood Avenue South
Location: 7512 Lyndale Avenue South
Use: Restaurant (Pizza Parlor)
WHEREAS, Mr. Harry Rovner, 2832 Renwood Avenue South, Minneapolis, Minnesota, had
an off-street parking agreement with the City of Richfield relating to 7512 Lyndale
Avenue South, Richfield, which contract bears the designation of Contract No. 1047, and
which contract was guaranteed by a bond of the Insurance Company of North America, Phi1a-
delphia, Pa., in the amouat of $1,800.00, and
WHEREAS, Mr. Harry Rovner has complied with the provisions of said agreement and
the Insurance Company of North America,Philadelphia, ?a., now seeks to be relieved of
any further obligation under said bond, and
WHEREAS, there appears to be no justification for requiring Mr. Harry Rovner to
continue to provide a bond for security on the performance of said agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota, as follows:
That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to release the Insurance
Company of North America, Philadelphia, Pa., for any and all acts of Mr. Harry Rovaer,
committed or incurred in violation of said Contract No. 1047, on and after the 26th day
of October, 1971.
Adopted by the City Council this 26th day of October, 1971.
