RESOLUTION RELATING TO RELEASE OF BOND ON OFF-STREET PARKING
Win Stephens Classic Cars, Inc.
2230 South Highway 4100
Location: 920 West 78th Street
Use: New and Used Motor Vehicles
WHEREAS, Win Stephens Classic Cars, Inc., 2230 South Highway 4100, Minneapolis, Minn-
esota, had an off-street parking agreement with the City of Richfield relating tQ 920 West
78th Street, which contract bears the designation of Contract No. 2063, and which contract
was guaranteed by a bond of The Aetna Casualty and.Surety Company, a Corporation of Hartford,
Connecticut, in the amount of $2,600.00, and
WHEREAS, Win Stephens Classic Cars, Inc. has complied with the provisions of said agree-
went and The Aetna Casualty and Surety Company, Hartford, Connecticut, now seeks to be
relieved of any further obligation under said bond, and
WHEREAS, there appears to be no 3ustification for requiring Win Stephens Classic Cars,
nc. to continue to provide a bond for security on the performance of said agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota,
as follows:
That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to release The Aetna Casualty
and Surety Company, Hartford', Connecticut, for any and all acts of Win Stephens Classic
Cars, Inc., .committed or incurred in violation of said Contract No. 2063, on and after the
26th day of October, 1971.
