RESOLUTION RELATING TO RELEASE OF FOND ON OFF_STREET PARKING

~&iEREAS,. 1~~:~e~ana Enterprises, Inc. , 2954 N. Rice Street, St. Paul, Minnesota, had
an off-street parking:agreement with the-City of Richfield relating t® 7545 Lyndale Avenue
South, which contract bears the designation of Contract No. X050, and-which contract wry
guaranteed by a_bond of the United Pacific Insurance Company, Tacoma, Washington, in the
amount of $5,500.00, and
WHEREAS, Finnemann Enterprises, Inc. has complied with the provisions of said:agree-

ment and the United Pacific Insurance Company, Tacoma,-Washington., now seeks to be
relieved of anq further obligation under `said bored, and
WHEREAS, there appears to be no 3ustification for requiring Finnemann Enterprises, Inc.
to conf~inue to provide a bond for security on the performance of said agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of'the City of Richfield, Minnesota,
as follows:
That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to release the United Pacific
Insurance Company, Tacoma, Washington,`for any and all acts°of'Finnemann Enterprises, Inc.,
committed or`incurred in violation of said Contract No. 2050, on and after the 26th.day
of October, 1971.
