RESOLUTION APPROVING LAYOiJT AND CONTRACT ~'OR OFF-STREET PARILING

EE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the proposed geometric layout of the off-street parking as contained in
Off-Street Parking Application No. 71-13, Contract No. 2098, is hereby approved sub~ect~
to and upon compaetion of performance of the contract for such off-street parking as
hereinafter authorized.
2. That the proposed off-street parking contract for the improvement of said off-
street parking area, bearing Contract No. 2098, be given Glerk's File No. q~5~_, be
aced on file-and that the Manager be authorized to sign said contract and the Clerk be
thorized to seal the same for and on behalf of this city.
3. That the off-st~e'et parking operator's bond for the performance of the-conditions
of said o£f-street parking contract, in the amount of Two Thousand Five Hundred fifty
($2,550.00) Dollars on which the Auto-Owners Insurance Company, Lansing, Michigan, appears
as surety, is hereby approved.
4. Thatresponsibility for the proper upkeep and maintenance of said off-street
parking lot shall remain the responsibility of the'off-street parking lot operator in
accordance-with Ordinance Code No. 4.05.
