The City Council hereby determines that is necessary to conduct business
at a special meeting on October 11,~ 1971 ~ven though it is a holiday,, for the
purpose of meeting the statutory dea ine of certifying the 1972 General Fund
Budget and the amount of revenue equi d to be raised by ad valorem tax levy
to the County Auditor.
Passed by the City Co ncil of the Cit of Richfield this 11th day of October,
