PRCPERIIES
WHERRAS, ®rdinance Gode 8.23 establishes rules, rates and charges for water
service in the City of Richfield, and
W~REA.S, Minnesota Statutes 44.075, Subd, 3, provides that all delinquent
water service charges not paid may be certified to the County Auditor
with the taxes against such property, and shall be collected with
other taxes on such property, and
WHEREAS, An assessment roll has been prepared specifying the amounts which
shall be certified against each particular property,
Ne~1.W,. ~EREFORE, BE I'f RESOI,VE~ by the council of the City of Richfield, that s
1, T~.ere is hereby determined to be a total uncollected amount
of $9;f~af}3. $9,249.86.
2. 'That such amount is hereby certified to the County Auditor
for collection with other taxes on said properties.
3. '.i~at a copy of this resolution sha11 be sent to the Hennepin
County Auditor.
