RESOLUTION LE'61YT~NG SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FOR NUISANCE ABA'1'.~fi~NT
BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Richfield, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. The following described property is hereby especially assessed in the
following amount for expenses incurred by the city in connection with abatement of
a nuisance health hazard pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Section
145.23, tm-wit:

Total $55.00
2. The city clerk is hereby authorized and directed to certify a copy of this
resolution to the County Auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota.
