RESOLUTION N0. 4649
RESOLUTION RELATING TO TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNS.
"NO PARKING AT ANY TIME" ON EOULEVARD LOCATED
- NORTH SIDE OF SERVICE ROAD OF HIGHWAY ~~494 FROM
WEST LINE BLOOMINGTON AVENUE TO 458.23 FEET WEST
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, as
€ollows:
1. That the City Engineering Division is hereby autharized~and~directed to
erect the following signs at the ,following location, to wit:
"NO PARKING AT ANY TIME" on the boulevard located
on the north side of the service road of Highway
X494 from-West line of Bloomington AVei~ue to
4S$o23 feet west.
2. That when the afor¢~entioned traffic control signs have been so erected
on said street, they shell be official traffic control signs of the City of
Richfield- and failure to observe such signs shall constitute a #~iolation of the
traffic ordinance of this city.
