1971-4647r_._.~. ~i RESOLUTION N0. 4647 RESOLUTION DELETING CERTAIN STREETS FROM THE 1970 ANNUAL STREET IMPROVEMENT AND OILING PROGRAM, CITY PROJECT N0. 614 WHEREAS, weather conditions prevents the 1970 Annual Street Improvement and Oiling Program, City Project No. 614, from being completed, and WHEREAS, it was determined -that certain locations-did not have to be improved at thistime. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield: 1. That the following locations be deleted from City Project No. 614. Z. That no benefit be charged to the auputting property owners.
