RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY Pi,ANS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF
A PART OF TRUNK HIGHWAY NUMBER 393 RENUMBERED AS TRUNK HIGHWAY
NUMBER 1+9~+ WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD
FROM FORTLAND AVENUE TO 12TH AVENUE "
WHEREAS the Commissioner~-of Highways"has~prepared preliminary--plah~ for~the -
improvement "of apart of Trunk H'ighway-Number 393 renumbered°as •Truuk~ Hi~hway~-
Number ~+g~+ within the corporate limits of the City of Richfield from Portland
Avenue to 12th Avenue; and
WHEREAS said preliminary plans are on file in the office of the Department
of Highways, Saint Paul, Minnesota, being marked, labeled and identified as
Layout No. 1, S. P. 2785-161 (191+°393) from Portland Avenue to lath Avenue; and
WHEREAS copies of said preliminary plans as so marked, labeled, and identified
are also on file .n the office of the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS the terms "said preliminary plans" as hereinafter used in the body
of-this `resolution shall be deemed and intended to mean, refer to, and to in-
corporate the pre~.iminary plans as in the foregoing recitals particularly identified
and described;
NOW, THEN BE IT RESOLVED that said preliminary plans for the improvement
of Trunk Highway Number: 393 renumbered Trunk Highway Number 1+9k within the limits
of the City of Richfield be and hereby are approved with the stipulation that
provision be included for a right turn lane.
