RESOLUTION RELATING TO RELEASE OF BOND ON OFF=STREET PARKING
J. J. Elasky
5609 Clinton Avenue South
Location: 7001 Nicollet
Use: Dental Office
WHEREAS, J. J. Elasky, 5609 Clinton Avenue South, Minneapolis, Minnesota, had
an off-street parking agreement with the City of Richfield relating to-7001 Nicollet
Avenue South, which contract bears the designation of Contract No. 2065, and which
contract was guaranteed by a bond of Allied Mutual Insurance Company, Des Moines,
Iowa, in the amount of $1,100.00, and
WHEREAS, J. J. Elasky has complied with the pxovisatons of-said agreement and
the Allied Mutual Insurance Company, Des Moines-, Iowa,-now seeks to be relieved of
any fuxther obligation under said bond, and
WHEREAS, there appears to be no justification for requiring J. J. Elasky to
continue to provide a bond for security on the performance of said agreement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota, as follows:
That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to release the Allied
Mutual Insurance Company, Des Moines, Iowa,-for any and all acts of J. J. Elasky,
committed or incurred in violation of said Contract No. 2065, on and after the 23rd
day of August, 1971.
Adopted by the City Council this 23rd day of August, 1971.
