RESOLUTION CALLING HEARING ,ON SEPTEMBER 27, 1971 OPI,PROPOSED
ASSESSMENT FOR 1970 STREET OILING IMPROVEMENT PROJECT.
CITY PROJECT No. 614.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 4623 passed by the council on the 23rd day of August,
1971, the city clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment roll of the cost
of the 1970 street.oling improvement, City Pro3ect No. 614, and
WHEREAS, the city clerk has notified the eourtcil that such proposed assessment
has been completed and filed in his office for public inspection,
NOW9 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED. by the city council of the City of Richfield,
Minneso:ta, as follows:
1, A public hearing shall be .held on the 27th day of September, 1971, in
the council chambers of the Richfield City Hall at 7:15 p,m, to pass
upon such proposed assessment and at such time and place all persons
owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opporunity
to be heard with reference to such improvement.
2. The city clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing. on
the proposed assessment to be published in the official newspaper at
least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall state in the notice
the total assessable cost of the improvement in the amount of $
