RESOLUTION NO. 4619
~tESOLUTION CALLING H1;ARING ON =SEPTEMBER 13 , 1971
ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR STORM SEWER CONSTRUCTION
CITY PROJECT NO. 617
WHEREAS, By Resolution No. 4618 passed by the .council on the 9th day of August,
1971, the city clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment roll of the cost
of storm sewer construction; City Profect No. 617, and
WHEREAS, the city clerk has notified the council that such proposed assessment has
been completed and filed in his office for pu-blic inspection.
NOW,- THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota ,
as follows:
1. - A public hearing shall be held on the 13th day of September, 1971, in
.the council chambers of the Richfield City Hall at 7 :15 p . m . to pas s
upon such proposed assessment and at -such time and place all persons
owa~.ing~ property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity
to be heard with reference to such improvement .
2. The city clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on
.the proposed assessment to be published in the official newspaper at
least-two weeks-prior to the hearing, and he shall state in the notice
the total assessable cost of the improvement in the amount of $4,190.86.
