BE IT~RESOLVED; That the.~City of Richfield enter into an agreement with the
County of Hennepin:
To install full traffic actuated traffic control signal with integral street.
lights at the. inter-section of County State. Aid Highway No. 53~-{West :66th Street)
and Sheridan Avenue-°South;° and;- to insta3l~ a fui:]: traffic actuated- traffic control
pedestrian signal with integral street light, as shown in the plans for Hennepin
County Projects No: 7120'and~712i, in accordance~with`the-terms and conditions~of~_
the Agreement:for Participation in. the Construction and Operation of-said traffic=
control signals and street lights, with copies of such p~.ans, and agreement being
before the Cbuncii~and
BE IT FURTHER`RESOLVED That the~Mayor and Manager be and. hereby are author- -
ized to execute-said -agreement and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City
ali of the contractual-obligations-contained therein.
