BE IT RESOLVED"'by the`City Council of the City of Richfield as follows:~~
1. It is hereby determined to proceed forthwith for the construction of
City Pro3ect No. 643 as proposed in the notice of hearing on°said improvement:
2, Plans and spe.ci.fications for said~City Project No. 643 prepared by Orr-
Schel~n-May~ron & Associates, and presented to this council on the 12th day of
July, 1971; are hereby approved.
3: WHEREAS; City•Pro~ect Nos: 618, 619; 620~and~621 is now-under construction
and whereas City Project No:~6~43 inuolves the_same type of:-constructi~on, it is
hereby determined to~-construct City Pro~e.ct No. $43 by~ordering the•.saane to be~
done pursuant: to the existing contract with Austin" P:;, Keller Construction Co. by
change, order on a unit price basis as .provided ire Cantrect No. 2088 at a total
.estimated construction cost of $19,100:00:` ~~
