RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARA.TTOIJ`OF PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION;SOU`T'H 'SIDE •70TH STREET
FROM LYNDALE AVENUE TO HARRIET AVENUE
CITY PROJECT N0. 644
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council, adopted on the 34th day of June, 1971,
fixed a date for a hearing on the proposed improvement of:
LOCATION
TERMINI
FROM TO
South side 70th Street
by sidewalk construction, and
Lyndale Avenue Harriet Avenue
WHEREAS, all property-owners whose property•is liable to be assessed for the making
of this improvement, were given ten days published notice of°the council hearing through
two weekly publications of the required notice, and mailed notice as required by law, and
the hearing was held and.the property owners-heard thereon on the 12th day of July, 1971.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota:
1. That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in Council Resolution No.
4579 adopted on the-14th day of-June, 1971.
2. That the City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improve-
ment. He shall prepare .plans and specifications for the making of this
improvement.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 12th day of July, 1971.
