RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS~FOR"1977:'ANNUAL'STREET'IMPROVEMENT AND

COUNCIL MEETING OF JUNE 14, 1971)

WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted on the 10th day of May, 1971,
fixed a-date for a hearina~ on the proposed improvement of:
TERMINI
LOCATION FROM TO
10th Avenue 75th Street 76th Street
Pleasant Lane Pleasant Avenue Pillsbury Avenue
by penetration oiling, 2" bituminous stabilized base and by bituminous seal coating, and
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed for the making
of this improvement,-were given ten days published notice of the Council Hearing through
two weekly publications of the required notice, and mailed notice as required by law, and
the hearing°was held and the property owners heard thereon, on the 14th day of June, 1971,
and .
WHEREAS, action on the improvement of the above referencQd streets was deferred to the
meeting of June 28, 1971, and
WHEREAS, it has also been determined that 68th Street from Portland Avenue to 5th
Avenue be placed. on the annual street improvement and° oiii.Ag -larogram.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED.by the C~.ty Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota:
1. That such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in Council Re3oYution No.
4568, adopted on the-10th day of May; 1971:
2. That the City Engineer is hereby designated as the Engineer for this improvement.
He shall prepare-glans and specificstons for the making of this improvement..
