WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted on the 14th day of~June,
1971 a report-°has been prepared by the. City Engineer with reference to: sidewalk cpn-
struction as designated in Resolution No.?+579 and this report was received by the

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE50LVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota:
1. That-the Council consider the improvement of such sidewalk construction in
accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion
of the cost of the~imgrovement of $3;272.00.' -
2. A public hearing:shali be held on such proposed improvement on the 12th day of
July, 1971 in the Council Chambers_of the City Ha11 at 7:00 P.M. and the Clerk sha11
give published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law<
