RESOLUTION No. 4576
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF CERTAIN EQUIPMENT TO
THE CENTRAL GARAGE AND EQUIPMENT FUND
WHEREAS, Transitory Ordinance 16.08 created a Central Garage and Equipment
Fund for the maintenance and operation of equipment used by various departments
of the city; and
WHEREAS, such use by the various departments will be paid for by means of
a rental charge to the using department, and such charge has been provided for
in the annual budget document; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance 16.08 stipulates equipment assigned t~ the Central Garage
and Equipment Fund shall be designated by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, it i$ desirable to designate the equipment initially transferred
in setting up the ~entral Garage and Equipment Fund.
NOW,. THEREFORE,`BZ-2T-RES6LVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, that the following list of equipment is hereby transferred from the
General Fixed Asset Group of Accounts, and Water and Sewer Funds to the Central
Garage and Equipment Fund:
