RESOLUTION No. 4575
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING EQUIPMENT TO BE PURCHASED BY/OR
TRANSFERRED TO THE CENTRAL GARAGE AND EQUIPMENT FUND IN
1970 AND 1971
WHEREAS, Transitory Ordinance 16.08 created a Central Garage and Equipment Fund
for the maintenance and operation of equipment used by various departments of the
city; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance 16.08 stipulates equipment assigned to the Central Garage
and~Equipment Fund shall be designated by resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS,. it is desirable to designate the equipment purchased by/or transferred
to the Central Garage and Equipment Fund as provided in the 1970 and 1971 annual
budgets;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, that the following list of equipment is hereby designated for the Central
Garage and Equipment Fund:
