NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota:
1. That the.Council.consider the improvement of 'the district hereinafter described
in accordance with the report-and the assessment of the.property lying within the district
within the.following .described_boundary..lins,..to wit:
