by storm sewer construction and appurtenances thereto and to assess all property
benefitted for all or a portion of the•cost•of the improvements
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota:
1. That~the`•proposed-~mprovement be referred-to Orr-Schelen=Mayeron &
Associ-ates;=~:In~ca~ `- ~(•Con~u3t3rsg~~Engin+sers } for study-and that they be instructed
to- report to~ ~the•~Cc~~cil~•with~ a11'. convenient. speed, advising the-Council in a
preliminaz°y wa~r~,:"as;-lco °whether the -proposed improvement is feasible, the area
to be assessed;•.and~as•.to.whether it should best be made as proposed or in
connection with some other improvement and the estimated .cost of the improvement
as recommended.
2. That the storm sewer improvement listed in this resolution shall hereafter
be known as City •°Pro~ ect ~~ No o :643.
3. That the cost for preliminary work shall be paid from the Construction
Fund, such-costs to be reimbursed when financing has been accomplished for the
construction of -this pro~ecte.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 24th day of May,
