RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON JUNE 1~+,
1971, ON 1971 ANNUAL STREET IMPROVEMENT AND OILING PROGRAM

WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted on the 10th day of
May, 1971, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer, with reference to
the improvement by street oiling as designated in Resolution No 4568 and. this
report was received by the Council on May 10th, 1971, Clerk's File No. 23
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota:
1. That the Council consider the improvement of such streets in accordance .
with the report and the assessment of only those property owners with front footage
abutting on the improved right-of-way, for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement, at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $85,390.00.
2. A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on June l~+th,
1971 in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, at 7;00 P.M. and the Clerk shall
give published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
