1971-4566r?c ~~ ~~ RES®I,UTT®N No. 4566 RES(~I,UTI®N TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM CONTINGENCY ACC~JUNT W~REAS, Resolution No. 4454 appropriated funds for each department of the city for the year 1971; and WHEREAS, a contingency appropriation was made in the general fund for various pure©ses, including 1971 salary adjustments; and WHERr,AS, Resolutions Nos. 4564 and 4565 established the 1971 compensati©n agreement for members of the International Association of Firefighters i~ocal 1215, and it is hereby determined that it will be necessary to distribute $21,325.00 of the contingency among the public safety departmental budget activities in accordance with the 1971 pay plan for the fire department and the various fringe benefits in this department; NOW, 'THEREFORE, BE IT RESOhVED by the city council of the City of Richfield that the following transfer be made from the contingency appropriations Department Amount Public Safety $21,325.00 Passed by the city council of the City of Richfield this 10th day of May, 1971.
