RESOLUTION N0. 1+546
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ON APRIL 26TH, 1871 FOR 'BITUMINOUS
SURFACING AND CONCRETE CURB AND GUTTER AND APPURTENANCES
THERETO ON 67TH STREET FROM LYNDALE AVENUE TO HARRIET AVENUE
CITY PROJECT N0. 640
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 1+535, passed by the Council on the 22nd day of March,
1971,- a preliminary report for. City Project No.: 61+0 was so ordered,-and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 1+536, passed by the Council on the 22nd day
of March, 1871, the preliminary report so ordered was received and a public hearing
on said improvement was so ordered to be held on the 12th day of April,•1971, and
WHEREAS,, by Resolution No. passed by the Counci], on the 12th day of April,
1971, the.City Engineer was so ordered. to prepare plans-and specifications. for Bituminous
`Surfacing-arid. Concrete Curb and Gutter and Appurtenances thereto, as outlined in said
Resolution No. 1+535 and has presented such-plans and specifications to the Council.for
approval.
-.NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota:
1. That such plans and specifications are hereby approved, Clerk's .File No.
2. That sealed bids will be publicly opened by the City Manager on the 26th day of
April, 1871, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and that-such bids will
be tabulated and presented to the City Council for award on the 26th day of
April, 1971.
3. That all bids shall be filed with the City Manager no later than 11:30 A.M.
on said improvement as required by law.
4. That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to advertise for bids
on said improvement as required by law.
Passed by the City Council this 12th day of April, 1871.
