RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS
AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR BITUMINOUS SURFACING AND CONCRETE
CURB AND GUTTER AND APPURTENANCES THERETO ON 67TH STREET
FROM LYNDALE AVENUE TO HARRIET AVENUE

WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council, adopted on the 22nd day of March,
1871, fixed a date for a hearing on the proposed improvement of:

and
WHEREAS, all property owners, whose property is liable to be assessed :for the
making of these improvements, were given ten days published notice of the council
hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice, and mailed notice
as required by law, and the hearing was held and the property owners heard thereon,
on the-12th d.ay of April, 1871.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota:
1. That such project is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution
No. x+535 adopted on the 22nd day of March, 1971.
2. That the City Engineer is hereby .designated as the engineer for this
improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of this
improvement.
Adopted by the City Council this 12th day o~ April, 1971.
