RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON PERMANENT
STREET SURFACING, STREET IMPROVEMENT AREA N0. 1
CITY PROJECT N0. 61+2
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following area:
Street Improvement Area No. 1. That area lying between
12th Avenue and Cedar Avenue from 66th Street to Highway
X1+91+
by permanent street surfacing and to assess abutting lots and parcels of land in
the City of Richfield for all or a portion of the cost of the street improvement:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the proposed improvement be referred to the City Engineer for study
and that he be instructed-to report to the Council with all convenient speed, ad-
vising the Council in a preliminary way, as to whether-the proposed improvement
is feasible and as to whether-it-should best be made as proposed; or-in connection
with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement-as~recommended:
2. That-this street improverrient sha11 hereafter be known as City Project No.
