RESOLUTION No. 4541
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS FROM THE
1971 CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO PLANNING BUDGET ACTIVITY
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 4454 appropriated funds for each department of
the city for the year 1971; and
WHEREAS, a contingency appropriation was made in the general fund for
various purposes; and
WHEREAS, the council has authorized the. city administration to proceed
with implementation of a plan for distributing the proposed comprehensive
development plan, presented by the Planning Commission, to all residents of
the city; and
WHEREAS, it is hereby determined that it would be necessary to appropriate
$2,000-from the contingency account for this purpose:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Richfield
that the following transfer be made from the contingency appropriation:
