12TH, 19.71 ON BITUMINOUS SURFACING AND CONCRETE CURB AND
GUTTER AND APPURTENANCES THERETO ON 67TH STREET FROM LYNDALE
AVENUE TO HARRIET AVENUE

WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted on the 22nd day of March,
1971, a report has been prepared with reference to bituminous surfacing and concrete-
curb and gutter and appurtenances thereto-on~67th•Street~from-Lyndale Avenue to Harriet•
Avenue as designated in Resolution No. 4535 and this report was received by the Council
on March 22nd, 1971, Clerk's File No. 9314.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESALVED by the~Ci:ty Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
esota:
1. That the Council consider the improvement•of-such street in~accordance with-
the report and the assessment of-all-abutting property, for all or a portion of the
cost of the improvement••of $22,940.00.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 12th day
of April, 1971, in the council-chambers of the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. and the-clerk
shall give published notice of such hearing and improvement as•required by law.
