RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON BITUMINOUS
SURFACING AND CONCRETE CURB AND GUTTER AND APPURTENANCES
THERETO ON 67TH STREET FROM LYNDALE AVENUE TO HARRIET
AVENUE
CITY PROJECT N0. 61+0
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following street:

67th Street
TERMINI
FROM TO
Lyndale Avenue Harriet Avenue
by bituminous surfacing and concrete curb and gutter and appurtenanea thereto and
to assess all abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota:
1. That the proposed improvement be referred to the City Engineer for study and

that-he be instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the
Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as
to whether it should best~be made as proposed, or in connection with some other improve-
went and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
2. That the construction listed in this resolution shall hereafter be known as
as City Prod ect No . &1+0 .
