RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT' AND CALLING HEARING ON AP L
12TH, 1871 ON CLOSING OFF OF HARRIET AND GARFIELD ~ S .
AT SOUTHERN BOUNDARY OF 67TH STREET

WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council opted on the 22nd day of February,
1971, reports have been prepared with reference to a closing off of Harriet and
Garfield Avenues at the southern-boundary-of 67t Street by:
(a) construction o the landscapec~,~arrier area including the instal3ation
of concrete cur and gutter~nd permanent surfacing and appurtenances
thereto to 3oin arriet ar~ Garfield together, or
(b) construction of t ~e 1 dscaped barrier area and appurtenances thereto
but not to include` Crete curb and gutter and permanent surfacing
to loin Harriet an arfield together
as designated in Resolution N 450 and these reports were received by the City Council
on March 22nd, 1971, Clerk's File No. 9313. -
NOW THEREFORE, BE I "RESOLVED by t e City Council of the City of Richfield, Minn-
sota:
1. That the Co cil consider the im ovement of such street in accordance with
the reports and thesessment of the. Rich ield Bank and Trust Company for all or a
portion of the cosh of the improvement of:
(a) $x;,;102.00
(b) $2,540.00
2. A public hearing-shall be held on such p oposed improvement on the 12th day
of April, 1971 in :the council chambers of the cit hall at 7:0.0 P.M. and the clerk shall
give published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law.
