RESOLUTION APPROVING LAYOUT AND CONTRACT FOR OFF-STREET
PARKING IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICATION N0, 71-5, CONTRACT
N0. 2070 AND APPROVING CHECK DEPOSIT IN LIEU OF BOND

BE IT RESOLVED. by the City Council of the City of Richfield, as follows:
1. That the proposed geometric layout of the off-street parking as contained in
Off-Street Parking Application No. 71-5 is hereby approved subject to and upon completion
of performance of the contract for such off-street parking as hereinafter authorized.
2. That the proposed off-street parking contract for the improvement of said off-
street parking area, bearing~Contract No. 2A70, be given Clerk's File No. 9311 ,
be placed pn file and that the manager be authorized to sign such contract and the clerk
e authorized to seal the same for and on behalf of this city.
3. That the off-street parking operator's bond for the performance of the conditions
of said off-street parking contract in the amount of Five Hundred Fifty .($550.00) Dollars
on which a check from Mr. Raymond E. Haeg in the amount of $550.00, Receipt No. 2971 dated
February 22, 1971, is hereby accepted in lieu of a surety bond.
4. That responsbility for the proper upkeep and maintenance of said off=street parlt-
ing lot shall remain the responsibility of the off-street parking lot operator in accord-
ante with Ordinance No. x+.05.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, this 8th day of
March, 1971.
