RESOLUTION No. 4528
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATION FROM THE
1971 CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO PARK AND RECREATION BUDGET
ACTIVITY
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 4454, appropriated funds for each department
of the city for the year 1971; and
WHEREAS, a contingency appropriation was made in the general fund
for various purposes; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 4513 authorized an appropriation from the 1971
contingency to the planning department for a 3oint transportation study; and
WHEREAS, the council has authorized the city administration to proceed
with implementation of providing coaches for the recreation department's
hockey games; and
WHEREAS, it is hereby determined that it would be necessary to appropri-
ate $518.00 from the contingency account for this purpose,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Rich-
field that the following transfer be made from -the contingency appropriations:

Park and Recreation $518.00
