RESOLUTION N0. 4525
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON STORK!
SEWER CONSTRUCTION (DISTRICT #20), CITY PROJECT N0. 637
EAST 63RD STREET, 12TH AVENUE TO l~+TIi AVENUE
EAST 65TH STREET, l~+TH AVENUE TO .15TH AVENUE,
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following area:
East 63rd Street, 12th Avenue to l~+th Avenue
East 65th Street, l~+th Avenue to 15th Avenue
by storm sewer construction and appurtenances thereto and to assess all property
benefitted for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota•
1. That the proposed improvement be referred to Orr=Schelen-Mayeron &
Associates, Inc. (Consulting Engineers) for study and that they be instructed
to report to the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a
preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible, .the area
to be assessed, and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in
connection with some other improvement and the estimated cost of the improvement
as recommended.
2. That the storm sewer improvement listed in this resolution shall here-
after be known as City Project No. 637•
3. That the cost for preliminary work shall be paid from the Construction
Fund, such-coats to be reimbursed when financing has been accomplished for the
construction of this project.
