RESOLUTION NO. 4515
RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE 1971 SALARY COMPENSATTON PLAN
WHEREAS, Section 2.33 of the Ordinance Code of the City of Richfield pro-
vides that the assignment of classes to pay grades, the number of steps in each
grade, the bi-weekly rates in each grade, the method of normal progression
through the pay grade and the work week in hours for each class be established
by council resolution, and
WHEREAS, the city council has authorized the establishment of the position
classification of ice arena manager, and
- - WHEREAS, the city administration has recommended that this position be
assigned to a certain salary grade within the General Services Pay Schedule;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city council do and hereby
does establish the position classification: of ice arena manager and assigns
this position to the following grade level effective March 8, 1971 and subject
to the personnel rules and regulations ordinance.
