RESOLUTION No. 4513
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS FROM THE
1971 CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO PLANNING BUDGET ACTIVITY=
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 4454 appropriated funds for each department of the
city for the year 1971; and
WHEREAS, a contingency appropriation was made in the general fund for various
purposes, including 1971 salary adjustments; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 4498 made 'appropriation from the 1971 contingency
account to various departments for certa~.n salary settlements; and
WHEREAS, the council has authorized the city administration to proceed with
.implementation of a joint transportation study involving the city and other
municipalities; and
WHEREAS, it is hereby determined that it would be necessary to appropriate
$5,000 from the contingency account for this purpose:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Richfield
that the following transfer be made from the contingency appropriation:
