RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON CLOSING OFF OF
HARRIET AND GARFIELD AVENUE AT SOUTHERN BOUNDARY OF 67TH STREET,
LANDSCAPING OF BUFFER AREA AND CONCRETE CURB AND GUTTER AND
PERMANENT PAVING ON HARRIET AND GARFIELD AVENUE FROM 67TH TO
68TH STREET
CITY PROJECT N0. 628
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following location:
LOCATION TYPE OF WORK
Harriet and Garfield Avenue at Closing off of Harriet and Garfield
the southern boundary of 67th Avenue at southern boundary of 67th
Street Street, landscaping of buffer area
Harriet and Garfield Avenue Concrete curb and gutter and permanent
from 67th to 68th Street surfacing
and to assess all abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improve-
ment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City. Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota:

' 1. That the proposed construction and appurtenances thereto be referred to the
i City Engineer for study and that he be requested td report to the council witY~ all
convenient speed, advising the council in a prelimin~.ry way, as to whether it should
i best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated
cost of the improvements as recommended.
2. That the improvements listed in this resolution sha11 hereafter be known as
City Project No. 628.
