RESOLUTION No. 4504
RESOLUTION APPROVING CLASS IFICATTON OF TAX DELINQUENT LAND
AS NON-CONSERVATION LAND
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Richfield, Hennepin County,
Minnesota, has received from the County Auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota,
a list of lands in said city which became the property of the State of Minnesota
under the provisions of law declaring the forfeiture of lands to the State
for non-payment of taxes,-which said list has been designated as Classification
List "645-C", dated December 1, 1970, and described as follows:
Parcel 0600, Plat 46450, Lot 3, Block 1,
Silverwood Addition to Richfield, Minnesota,
and
WHEREAS, the parcel of land described above has heretofore been classified
by the Board of County Commissioners of Hennepin County, Minnesota, as non-conser-
vation land and the sale thereof has heretofore been authorized by said Board of
County Commissioners:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by said City Council, acting pursuant to
~~ Minnesota Statutes 1957, Section 282.01, Subd. 1, that the said classification
by said Board of County Commissioners of the parcel~~.of 'land described above as
non-conservation land be and the same is hereby approved and that the sale of
such parcel of land be and the same is hereby approved.
