RESOLUTION NO. 4502
RESOLUTION RELATING TO TERMS OF MEMBERS
OF THE RICHFIELD YOUTH COMMISSION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield as follows:
1. The terms of all incumbent members of the Richfield Youth
Commission whose terms expire during the year 1971, shall be extended to
June 1, 19 71.
2. The terms of all the members of the Richfield Youth Commission
whose terms expire after 1971, shall extend to June 1 of the year in which
their terms expire .
3. The purpose of the foregoing provisions is to extend the terms of
all the members of the Richfield Youth Commission from February 1 to June 1
of the year in which their terms would expire.
4. Except as herein provided, the provisions of Resolution No. 4326,
relating to the Richfield Youth Commission, shall remain in full force and effect.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 25th day of
January, 1971.
