RESOLUTION FS^1ABLISHING 1971 COMP~"NSATION
LEVFL FOR TITS CITY MANAGER
WI~EIZEAS, the city c®uncil ®f the City of Richfield desires to establish
the 1971 compensation 1eve1 for the city manager9
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city council do and hereby
does establish f®r the year 1971 the bi~weelely salary of $923.00 ($24,000 per
annum) for city manager Wayne S. Burggraaff which is to be effective on the
first day of the pay period closest to January 1st, 1971.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEID that the city manager shall be eligible to benefit
from the normal fringe benefits available t® ®ther Richfield employees as
specified in the personnel rules and regixlations ordinance.
