RESOLUTION DESIGNATING DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE
DIRECTOR TO SUBURBAN RATE AUTHORITY

BE IT RESOLVED by the council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, as
follows
Vern Lo Luettinger is hereby designated as a director of the Suburban
Rate Authority and Arthur P o Anderson is hereby designated to serve as
alternate director of the Suburban Rate Authority for the year 1971 and
until their successors are appointedo
Passed by the city council of the City of Richfield this 28th day of
December, 1970 0
