1970-4489rRESOLUTION NO. 4489 RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE 1971 SALARY COMPENSATION PLAN WHEREAS, Section 2.33 of the Ordinance Code of the City of Richfield provides that the assignment of classes to pay grades, the number of steps in each grade, the bi-weekly. rates in each grade, the method of normal progression through the pay grade and the work week in hours for each class be established by council resolution, and WHEREAS, the city administration has prepared a 1971 pay plan for position classifications in the general services based on recommendations made by the City Manager and the jacpbs Company salary survey. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city council do and hereby does establish for the year 1971 the following pay plan, which is to be effective on the first day of the pay period closest to January 1, 1971, and subject to the pro® visions of the personnel rules and regulations ordinance.
