" BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, as follows:-
1. That the proposed-geometric layout of the off-street parking as contained in
off-street parking-application No. 70-11+, is hereby approved sub~ect-•to and upon•completion-
of .performance of the contract for such off-street parking-as hereinafter authorized:
2. That the•proposed off=street parking contract for-the improvement of said off-
street parking area, bearing Contract No: 2076, be given-Clerk's File-No. g2g6~, be placed
on file and that the manager be authorized to sign said contract and the clerk be authorized

3. That the off-street parking operator's bond for performance-of the conditions of •~
said off-street parking contract, in the amount~of Six~Thousand Seven Hundred ($6,700.00)
and 00/100 Do1.lars on which the St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company, St. Paul, Minn-
esota, appears as Surety,.is hereby approved.
1~. That responsibility for the proper upkeep and maintenance of said off-street
parking lot"sha11 remain the responsibility of the off-street parking lot operator in
accordance with Ordinance Cade. No.-x+.05.
