RESOLUTION RELATING TO RELEASE OF BOND ON OFF-STREET PARKING

10109 Harrison Raad, Bloomington
Location: 7717 Pillsbury Avenue South
Use: Machine Shop
WHEREAS, Fred W. Wallman Jr., 10109 Harrison Road, Bloomington, Minnesota, had
arx off-street parking agreement with the City of Richfield relating to 7717 Pillsbury
Avenue South, which egntract bears the designation of Contract No. 1098 and which
contract was guaranteed by a bond of the Allied Mutual Insurance Company, Des Moines,
Iowa, in the amount of ~800.00,'and
WHEREAS, Fred W, Wellman Jr. has complied with the provisions of said agreement
and the Allied Mutual Insurance Company now seeks to be relieved of any further
obligation under said bond, and
WHEREAS there appears to be no justification for requiring~Fred W. Wall.man Jr.
to continue to pro~ride a bond for security pn the performance of said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RFS.OLVED by the Gity Council of the City of Richfield,
Minnesota, as fohows:
That the City l~anage~r is hexeby authorized and directed to release-the Allied
Mutual Insurance Company for any and all acts of Fred W. Wal].man, Jr., committed or
incurred in violation of Said Contract No. 109$ on and after the 9th day of November,
1970.
Adopted by the City Council this 9th day of November, 1970.
