RESOLUTION N0. 4474
RESOLUTION DETERMINING RESULTS OF GENERAL. ELECTION OF
THE CITY OF RICHFIELD HELD TUESDAY, NOV. 3, 1970
BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the City of Richfield that it be
hereby found and determined that the general election held in and-for
said city on November 3, 1970, for the purpose of electing one council-
man, the results are as follows:
For Councilman: E. E. (Gene) Jacobsen 6,821
George D. (Win) Wintheiser 5,015
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following candidate, having received the
ma,~ority of votes cast and counted, is hereby declared elected to f311
the office of counCil.man for three years, from and after the first of
January , 1971: '
Councilman: E. E. .(Gene) Jacobsen, 7515 Wentworth Ave. S. 3 yrs.
Passed by the council of the City of Richfield this 9th day of November,
