RESOLUTION RELATING TO TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNS
"NO PARKING ANY TIME" ON BOTH SIRES ~2TH AVENUE
FROM 77TH STREET TO 78TH STREET
BE IT RESOLVED by the .City Council of the City of Richfield, Minnesota, as
follows:
1. That the City Engineering~Division is hereby authorized and directed to
erect the following signs at the following location, to wit:
"NO PARKING ANY TIME" on both sides of 12th
Avenue from 77th to 78th Street
2. That when the aforementioned traffic control signs-have been so erected
on said street,- they° shall be official traffic- c~ontro3.~signs -of•the -City of Rich-
field and failure to~observe such signs shall constitute a violation of the traffic
ordinance of thin cit~r.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 13th day of October,
1970.
