BE IT RESOI;VED by the•City Council of the-City of Richfield, Minnesota, as follows:
1. That the proposed geometric layout of the~off-street parking as contained-in
off-street parking application No. 70-11, is hereby approved sub,jeet-to and upon completion
of performance of the contract for such off=street parking as hereinafter°authorized-.
2. That the proposed off-street parking contract for-the improvement of said-off=
street parkin°g area; bearing Contract No. 2065, be given Glerk's File No. •- ,
be placed on file and that-the•Manager be :authorized-to sign said contract and the Clerk be
authorized.to~seal the same for and on behalf of~this•-city:
3. That the•~off-street parking operator's-bond for performance of -the conditions of
said off-street parking contract; in the amount of Eleven Hundred ($1100.00) Dollars. on
which the Allied Mutual Insurance, Des Moines, Iowa, appears,as.Surety,_.is.hereby..approved..
~+. That responsibility .for the proper upkeep .and .maintenance,of.said off-street
parking lot shall remain the.responsibility.of the_off-street parking lot operator in
accordance with Ordinance.. Code .No..:: x+.05 .
