RESOLUTION No. 4454
RESOLUTION ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1971
AND LEVYING TAXES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of R3chf~eld as follows:
Section 1. The budget for the City of Richfield for tk~e year- 1971 is hereby
approved and adopted with appropriations for each of the departments to be as
follows:

Section 2. The estimated grAss revenues of the City of Richfield from all sources,
including general ad valorem tax levies as hereinafter set fc~~th for the year
1971, including prior years levies budgeted for 1971, as the 8~~e are more fully
detailed in the City Manager's official copy of the ].971 budget, are hereby found
and determined to be as follows:

Section 3. There is hereby levied upon all taxable property in the City of R,-ichfield
a direct ad valorem ta~c in the year 1970 payable in 1971, for the following purposes

Provision has been made in the General Fund for payment of the City's
contributory share to Public Employees' Retirement Association, and
the police and firemen's relief associations. Provisions has also
been made in the General Fund revenues for receipt of the State Sales
and Excise Tax per capita distribution.
Section 4. A certified copy of this resolution shall be transmitted to the
County Auditor,
Passed by the City Council of the City of Richfield this 9th day of October,
1970.
