1970-4454rJ \~ RESOLUTION No. 4454 RESOLUTION ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1971 AND LEVYING TAXES BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of R3chf~eld as follows: Section 1. The budget for the City of Richfield for tk~e year- 1971 is hereby approved and adopted with appropriations for each of the departments to be as follows: GENERAL FUND 1 Mayor-Council $ 24,814 Executive 78,775 Legal 34,590 Finance 211,830 Planning 51,600 Public Safety 1,155,220 Public Works 63~.,i,~0 Health 7S,7~Q Parks and Recreation 44$,5.87 Unallocated ~.9~6,_400 TOTAL GENERAL FUND $2,8b8,706 Section 2. The estimated grAss revenues of the City of Richfield from all sources, including general ad valorem tax levies as hereinafter set fc~~th for the year 1971, including prior years levies budgeted for 1971, as the 8~~e are more fully detailed in the City Manager's official copy of the ].971 budget, are hereby found and determined to be as follows: FUND GENE~.i.AL FUND AMOUNT $2,868,706 Section 3. There is hereby levied upon all taxable property in the City of R,-ichfield a direct ad valorem ta~c in the year 1970 payable in 1971, for the following purposes and in the following amounts: PURPOSE GENERAL FUND BONDS AND INTERESTM '~ Previously certified by deferred levy, resolutions. Provisions has also been made in the General Fund revenues for receipt of the State Sales and Excise Tax per capita distribution. Section 4.
