COUNTY AUDITOR TO BE COLLECTED WITH OTHER TAMES ON SAID
PROPERTIES
WHEREAS Oz°dinance Code 8023 establishes rules9 rates and charges for
water ser~rice in the City of Richfieldg and
Tr3HEREAS~ Minrgesota Statutes ~.,07~, Subdm 3 provides that all delinquent
water service charges not paid may be certified to the County
auditor with the taxes against such property9 and shall be col
lected with other taxes on such propertye and
WHEREA,S~ An assessment roll has been prepared specifying the amounts .
which. shall be certified against each particular property9 .
